My account is about 2-months old, but so far, I've received a couple of business letters and a customer check. New mail notification is timely, and I would rate my account page as good in navigation. The monthly fee is reasonable compared to my former UPS corporate box (which I could use for letters and packages). The trick to avoiding extra charges is not to advertise the box address and number online and only use it on envelope labels.

It probably has a lot to do with the customer care at my location (Staples near Government Center), and the site rep Patrick is fantastic and sometimes gives courtesy calls to confirm a large order. Scans are done timely. The online system works just fine. I wish there were more clarity on the costs of each specific order and more significant discounts on even larger batch orders, but I understand there are limitations due to labor costs. I highly recommend it.

Fast and simple setup for a personal mailbox with a great selection of local locations. This is very competitive against the much pricier USPS/UPS PO box options. However, I think a few more services could be offered for business mailboxes to make it a real competitor. Still, this is a secure, reliable, and cheaper alternative in today's carrier market.

Overall, iPostal1 is fantastic! I'm a long-haul truck driver, which has been a godsend. I have one address in a small town, Prescott, AZ. It works absolutely perfectly! I did have another for my business down in Scottsdale, AZ. Between the post office returning most of my mail and the attitude of the Staples employees, it wasn't nice. I closed that one and reopened it at a different Scottsdale location… back to flawless and happy! Highly recommend.

Prices for services they offer are beyond reasonable, along with add on services to make your life simple and quick! No more driving to the post office standing in that dreaded line just to find out you find out the wind forth and have to go find it, full it out & get back in line! You don't even have to leave the comforts of your own home to see your mail, login, click on mail you would like to choose & have it scanned & be able to view within minutes!

It's a bit hard to navigate! But once you figure it out, it's pretty good. I have finally learned how to 'throw things away' without paying to have them sent. And they still haven't sent me a package of my mail at my location. But the support is excellent, and if I appreciated it, they extended my 30-day pickup time a few days until I got back into town. I have already recommended this to others!

I've used this service for several years and moved my box to this location within the past year. I don't get much mail in my box, and I always pick it up when I do. As it would happen, I received an essential package and was out of town. Nicole was right on it for me! Within a week, I received my package (the delay was the postal service because she shipped it the same day we spoke). Great Customer Service!

As itinerant workers, my spouse and I travel all over the US. But even though most of our bills and correspondence come digitally, we still get stuff in the mail. Using their tools, we know what each piece of mail is, when it was delivered and whether or not we need a hard copy. If we don't, they'll shred it for us, and if we do, they will send it forward promptly to wherever we are. I could not live this fabulous traveling lifestyle without iPostal.

I enjoy having a virtual P.O. Box because it’s a much cheaper annual rate since you don’t have 24 hr access to a physical box. However, I don’t care for the online mailbox that comes with it because it’s confusing to use. And I realize the online mailbox is used mainly for businesses and professionals, but if I don’t delete my emails after 30 days, I get charged somewhere around $9 per email. I think online access should be revamped and simplified for a more accessible online experience for “regular folk.” Instead of using “discard for free” or “shred,” how about an immediate “delete” option. Also, read the small print for the P.O. Box place you choose because some places charge you for each piece of mail you pick up and more for each package, including the junk mail postcards.

I had an issue with the pricing not being transparent that they expected me to pay for every piece of mail even after paying the yearly fee upfront. However, they remedied the situation as soon as I expressed my concern.

I like the virtual mailbox your company has provided for people. It's an excellent service. Only one thing I wish you had offered—a more transferable address. Because when I got the services, I lived closer to the pack and ship store. Now I live on the opposite side of the city, and it takes me at least 45 minutes to an hour to get to it. And there is a store with the service closer to me now. But I still love the service you offer.

Ipostal1 themselves is great. I wouldn't say I liked the first company that was handling my mail. Within 30 minutes of chatting with someone online, new paperwork was sent over, and I was switched to a better one. The service is simple to use and works for our lifestyle. And the company that handles my mail is excellent too!!

I Like iPostal1 A Lot. I Can See Exactly What Mail I Receive Because They Take Pictures Of It & It's Easy To Navigate. However, I Have An Issue With Transferring Mail From There To Another Address Because Sometimes It's Just One Piece Of Mail & They'll Charge Me $10 To Put It In A Bigger Envelope To Mail It Out. It Would Be Nice If They Wrote On It Stating "Sending Address Or Send To This Address" That I Wouldn't Mind, But Overall, It's Great!
